In short: Cast is a tool for connecting agencies and brands. We do not broker bookings, do not handle payments, and take no commission on deals. Agencies are responsible for their talent’s availability and rates; brands are responsible for the legitimacy of their briefs. Either side may close their account at any time.

Acceptable use

No spam, no scraping, no impersonation, no rights-infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Liability

Cast is provided as-is during the private beta. We are not liable for commercial outcomes between agencies and brands.
